Surveying the community during COVID

This week our team was focused on getting our survey out to the community, as requested by the City Director of Health and Human Services. We worked internally with Groundwork’s Marketing consultant to get the document out to over 1,100 local residents, civic leaders, and business owners. Our one obstacle is that COVID is interfering with our community responding to our survey. Normally in a situation like this, our youth would be soliciting responses at public meetings, door to door visits, via their schools, etc. The online approach is only so helpful. \The low response rate will not affect our final outcomes, and we see this as a learning experience.
